Linda Robertson - Public company director and former Treasurer at Meridian Energy
Linda is a professional non-executive director with a wealth of experience in treasury, risk management and audit; who has experience in senior management and governance roles across a number of New Zealand companies.
Linda has strong governance experience as a public and private company non-executive director having held Board positions since 1999. She is currently a director of Auckland Council Investments Limited, Dunedin City Holdings Limited, Dunedin City Treasury Limited, NZ Registry Services Limited, NZPM Group Limited, Crown Irrigation Investments Limited, Pacific Radiology Group Limited and King Country Energy Limited. Linda is also a member of the Audit & Risk Committee for the Ministry of Social Development, a member of the Treasury Advisory Committee of the New Zealand Export Credit Office and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for Central Otago District Council. Some of her previous directorships include New Zealand Post Limited, Kiwibank Limited and the Earthquake Commission.
She is a Certified Treasury Professional, a Fellow of the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand (INFINZ), a Fellow of Governance New Zealand; a Chartered Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Linda has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Diploma in Banking.
